SPCSB a prezentat progresul Republicii Moldova la Capitolul 4: „Libera circulație a capitalului”

   SPCSB a participat la reuniunea de screening bilateral cu Uniunea Europeană, unde au fost prezentate măsurile întreprinse de Republica Moldova la Capitolul 4 „Libera circulație a capitalului”, care face parte din Clusterul nr. 2 „Piața internă” în procesul de aderare a Republicii Moldova la Uniunea Europeană. Evenimentul a avut loc ieri, 16 decembrie, la Bruxelles.

  Directorul adjunct al Serviciului Prevenirea și Combaterea Spălării Banilor, Andrian Munteanu a prezentat masurile întreprinse de autoritățile naționale în domeniul prevenirii și combaterii spălării banilor și finanțării terorismului.

  Totodată, au fost prezentate planurile de transpunere și implementare completă a acquis-ului UE, pentru asigurarea unui mediu financiar stabil și adaptat la standardele internaționale.

  Capitolul 4 „Libera circulație a capitalului” constituie unul dintre cele 33 de capitole care acoperă domenii-cheie de politică ale UE, pe care Republica Moldova le negociază la etapa de aderare. În acest sens, Serviciul va consolida eforturile pentru implementarea măsurilor necesare pentru a asigura respectarea normelor internaționale în domeniul prevenirii spălării banilor și al finanțării terorismului.
