{"id":4698,"date":"2024-12-04T15:59:00","date_gmt":"2024-12-04T13:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spcsb.md\/?p=4698"},"modified":"2025-09-19T16:04:37","modified_gmt":"2025-09-19T13:04:37","slug":"raportul-de-evaluare-nationala-a-riscurilor-de-spalare-a-banilor-si-finantare-a-terorismului-aferente-activelor-virtuale-si-furnizorilor-de-servicii-privind-activele-virtuale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spcsb.md\/en\/raportul-de-evaluare-nationala-a-riscurilor-de-spalare-a-banilor-si-finantare-a-terorismului-aferente-activelor-virtuale-si-furnizorilor-de-servicii-privind-activele-virtuale\/","title":{"rendered":"Raportul de evaluare na\u021bional\u0103 a riscurilor de sp\u0103lare a banilor \u0219i finan\u021bare a terorismului aferente activelor virtuale \u0219i furnizorilor de servicii privind activele virtuale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00cen scopul execut\u0103rii prevederilor Legii nr. 308\/2017 cu privire la prevenirea \u0219i combaterea sp\u0103l\u0103rii banilor \u0219i finan\u021b\u0103rii terorismului, precum \u0219i \u00een vederea conform\u0103rii cu cerin\u021bele standardelor interna\u021bionale privind prevenirea \u0219i combaterea sp\u0103l\u0103rii banilor \u0219i finan\u021b\u0103rii terorismului , adoptate de c\u0103tre Grupul de Ac\u021biune Financiar\u0103 Interna\u021bional\u0103 (FATF\/GAFI),\u00a0<b><strong>a fost aprobat Raportul de evaluare na\u021bional\u0103 a riscurilor (ENR) de sp\u0103lare a banilor (SB) \u0219i finan\u021bare a terorismului (FT) aferente activelor virtuale (VA) \u0219i furnizorilor de servicii privind activele virtuale (VASP).<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">\u00a0\u00a0 Acest exerci\u021biu desf\u0103\u0219urat de c\u0103tre autorit\u0103\u021bile na\u021bionale\u00a0<b><strong>reprezint\u0103 prima analiz\u0103 detaliat\u0103 a riscurilor de SB\/FT asociate VA\/VASP \u00een Republica Moldova<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0\u0219i are drept scop identificarea \u0219i \u00een\u021belegerea amenin\u021b\u0103rilor \u0219i vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bilor din sistemul na\u021bional de prevenire \u0219i combatere a SB\/FT.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">\u00a0\u00a0 Raportul ENR urm\u0103re\u0219te s\u0103 dezvolte un sistem na\u021bional eficient de prevenire \u0219i combatere a SB\/FT, contribuind astfel la protejarea integrit\u0103\u021bii sistemului financiar na\u021bional, prioritizarea \u0219i alocarea eficient\u0103 at\u00e2t a resurselor autorit\u0103\u021bilor publice competente, c\u00e2t \u0219i a entit\u0103\u021bilor raportoare, prin asigurarea aplic\u0103rii m\u0103surilor de diminuare propor\u021bional cu riscurile identificate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">\u00a0\u00a0 Raportul a fost realizat printr-un proces de autoevaluare de c\u0103tre autorit\u0103\u021bile din Republica Moldova, cu sprijinul Biroului Coordonatorului pentru Activit\u0103\u021bi Economice \u0219i de Mediu al OSCE (OCEEA).
