Acesta a fost elaborat \u00een scopul implement\u0103rii prevederilor Legii nr. 308\/2017 privind prevenirea \u0219i combaterea sp\u0103l\u0103rii banilor \u0219i finan\u021b\u0103rii terorismului, precum \u0219i al conform\u0103rii cu standardele interna\u021bionale stabilite de Grupul de Ac\u021biune\u00a0Financiar\u0103 Interna\u021bional\u0103 (FATF\/GAFI).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">\u00a0\u00a0 Thus, the assessment process was carried out using the World Bank methodology, adapted to the national context, and was carried out with the support of an inter-institutional working group, consisting of representatives of the competent authorities.
